Yes — your Uprise dashboard and mobile app provide live tracking from the moment your order is confirmed to the moment it reaches your roastery. You’ll receive updates at every stage: reservation, packing, export, port transit, customs clearance, inland delivery, and arrival.
Every shipment is fully insured, tracked end-to-end, and stored in climate-controlled warehouses prior to export. Our network includes vetted logistics partners, and your Uprise app will send real-time shipping updates until delivery is confirmed.
Absolutely. Roasters can request samples directly from each farmer listing. Samples are shipped through our logistics network, with full cupping details included in your dashboard.
Every lot undergoes professional cupping assessment, moisture and density testing, and processing verification. Farmers also receive feedback and performance data through our app to continually improve quality and consistency.
We currently fulfill to the United States and Canada from our Chicago logistics hub, with additional global markets launching soon.
We support major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire payments, and integrated invoicing for approved accounts. Payments are securely processed and verified through our platform.
Most lots are available in full bags (usually 69kg), with smaller micro-lots available depending on the producer. Consolidated shipments can also be arranged to reduce freight cost.
